    Flexible Leave/Telework

    Morgan Bell offers a flexible leave policy, which includes paid time off (PTO)/sick leave, options for flexible work schedules during a two-week pay period (customer dependant), and eleven (11) holidays that align to the Federal Government's holiday schedule. We also promote and support telework (customer dependant). This policy allows employees to take time off as needed to recharge, take care of personal matters, or pursue other interests without worrying about exhausting their PTO balance.
